Unearth Return From Ozzfest For Their First Ever Headline US Tour With
Some Of The HEAVIEST Bands On The Scene;
Unearth arrived home from Ozzfest but the band has not stopped working... Unearth are gearing up to practice for their first headline tour.
To say the least, guitarist Ken Susi is very enthusiastic about the tour. "It is invigorating to finally have our first headline tour; we are so excited to play our first full set."
Unearth just came off of the biggest tour, this summer's Ozzfest 2004- "I must admit that we learned a lot watching the other headline bands this summer, Ozzfest felt like the proving ground for us and I am confident that we are a better band from the Ozzfest experience and are now a more professional career band. Expect to see UNEARTH at its best we will play our hardest every night."
Vocalist Trevor Phipps is psyched by the lineup and the fact that the band are headlining a club tour, " I am stoked about this tour package, I will get to watch three amazing bands every night; I am also thrilled to play small clubs again - this is where we come from." |

| Ian Moore on tour with Garrison guitar | September 13th, 2004 |
|
Guitarist Ian Moore is currently on tour with a brand new Garrison 12 string. Here is what he had to say about this fine guitar:
"I just played my second gig with the Garrison 12 string..I think I like it even better than my Guild 12. The Garrison is well balanced, warm, sounds great acoustically, sounds great amplified. Seems like as good as you could get for an acoustic 12 to me. I really look forward to touring with this guitar." - Ian Moore

Oz Noy has just completed recording his debut studio CD with Anton Fig, Keith Carlock, Will Lee, James Genus and special guest Mike Stern. It will be available later this year or early next year on Magna Carta Records.
Oz's critically-acclaimed live record, "Oz Live" is available on OzNoy.com. About the record, this month's JAZZIZ magazine wrote,
"...Speaking of chops, consider Israeli-born, New York based OZ NOY, who performs in various power-trio settings on OZ LIVE. A monster player who combines the ability of Danny Gatton with the imagination of Jeff Beck, Noy is also a master of effects (wah-wah, octaver, tremolo) that radically change the tones and textures of his guitar attack from track to track." |
