FPE Agent John Ferrante

Hello my name is John Ferrante, President of FPE.  I was born and raised in New Haven, CT. I am a fan of music of all kinds.  As a guitarist and bassist, I have performed as both a band leader and a sideman. I play an SG, Les Paul, Michael Kelly Vibe and Patriot Vintage, and I rock with Kustom Coupes, and Vox.

The name Ferrante’s Power Equipment (FPE) was chosen because my father once owned a business of the same name. My Dad repaired lawnmowers, chainsaws, snowmobiles, and various other power tools.  I inherited his long-sleeve, blue work shirt with "Ferrante’s Power Equipment" embroidered across the back in white script. The name "John" is on the front, above the pocket.

Good thing John is my name too 'cause I love to wear that shirt!  It fits me perfectly, so I had to start a business of the same name. It was destiny. Only difference is, I chose to work with music instead of power tools. Yeah Dad, lawnmowers are loud but amps and guitars are way louder!

F.P.E. is based in Hollywood, California, land of Sunshine and Rock Stars. Our office is visited regularly by Pro Players who demo each and every product we represent.  These players provide feedback that only a seasoned touring Professional could thus ensuring that all FPE products are the REAL DEAL!  You can view videos of these demos in our Media Section.

FPE Agent Timmy Lunsford

Hey everyone, my name is FPE Agent Timmy Lunsford - Web Master and programmer for FPE. I grew up in Huntington Beach CA and I am Currently living in the city of Orange.

The First Website I ever built sucked so bad. It was for my band “magdalen” and of course we had no money to pay for a site so I
took it upon myself to become the webmaster.  Like playing music, designing websites takes practice.  I would just build sites for anyone who would let me, free of charge just for the practice.

In 1999 I got recruited to play Bass by an up and coming artist by the name of LELDON, which soon became the band “One Way Ride”. After the band signed to MCA in the year 2000 I put Web Design on hold so I could live the dream and be a rock star. This was a very exciting time for us as we got to tour all over the States and to record a full-length album and, of course, we bought lots of gear. But all good things must come to an end and the band was dropped in the year 2003. The experience was amazing.  After that the band broke up but I have joined a couple more named Honeyslide and Plastick.  I continue to do web design.  And I like horror films.

Thanks for visiting FPE.
